Kebijakan pengembalian uang
Unfortunately, every product that you successfully purchase from our website can not be exchanged, returned, or refunded. However, if you receive a broken, damaged, and/or wrong product, you could return or refund the product.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or Live Chat feature, and share your detailed purchase information including the unboxing package video (from the product received until it's fully opened without cut or edit). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept any returns and exchanges if you purchased the wrong product when checking out or if you changed your mind. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we would process your refund through our company bank account. Please remember it can take some time to process the refund.
